Yes, Many Kudos to Patricio!!!
My two sons and myself experienced the fabulous Ecuador trip by Friendly Planet in August and were fortunate to have Patricio as a guide.
His wife had just delivered their second child, but it seemed like we were now his adopted family as he took extremely good care of the entire group every minute of the tour.
He also bonded well with my two young adult sons who had some trepidation of traveling with "old" folks like their father. All went great, like the effortless float of our inner-tubes down the Amazon River tributary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and ask for Patricio!

The people in Oberammergau are more than just participants in this play that runs every 10 years: They are part of a tradition that spans centuries. For them to put aside modern ordinances (i.e. growing out facial hair) to look the part (no wigs or hair extensions) to visually look the part of a participant is beyond viewing your typical Passion Play: It's an adventure of a lifetime.

For many years I have traveled extensively including several trips with FriendlyPlanet and I have done it with one carry-on bag. Traveling with one carry-on bag gives you tremendous freedom and you still have everything you need. For details, see
